Thanks for visiting our site. We (Maryjo and Brian) are a husband and wife team that quit their jobs in July 2018 to travel across North America to experiment with early retirement. The initial leg of our journey is expected to last between 12 and 18 months and will take us across the U.S. and southern Canada in “figure 8” style. We will be camping in a Sprinter Van the entire time, both on- and off-the-grid, with a few days mixed in each month to enjoy the finer comforts of a hotel room. We enjoy mountain biking, flyfishing, skiing, golfing, hiking, paddleboarding, and beer drinking. We will also take plenty of time to enjoy live music along the way wherever we can. We will visit as many breweries as we can as we explore our fondness for sour beers. It’s basically our full-time vacation that we have always dreamed of, and we will enjoy every minute of it!
